Kids Crafts Recipe: Colored/Rainbow Sand Coloring

- 1 cup of sand
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1 tablespoon of tempera paint or a couple of drops of Food Coloring
- strainer
STEP(S):
- MIX in the tempera paint or a few drops of food coloring with the water in a bowl (make sure the mixture is light and thin)
- MIX-IN the sand
- WAIT a few minutes (10-15 minutes) till the paint sets into the sand
- USE the strainer to remove the water excess
- LET the sand dry in the sun for 1 or two days
