MATERIALS
- Foam (various colors)
- Colored popscicle sticks (various colors)
- Googly eyes
- Marker
- Glue
- Scissors
STEP(S):
- CUT the desired foam shape.
- POUR glue on the top of the popsicle stick.
- ATTACH shape to the popsicle stick.
- ATTACH googly eyes to the foam
- DRAW mouth
