MATERIALS
- Construction paper (various colors)
- Colored popscicle sticks (various colors)
- Glue
- Scissors
STEP(S):
- CUT the shape of the tulip out of the construction paper.
- POUR glue on the top of the popsicle stick.
- ATTACH the flower to the popsicle sticks.
- CUT a leaf out of the construction paper.
- GLUE the leaf to the center of the popsicle stick.
