Easy Ballon Crafts: Octopus

RECYCLING: NoThis project is a mini-octopus. MINI means that due to space constraints on camera, I am doing the project on a smaller scale than you should use at home.
MATERIALS
- Pink balloon
- Pink paper
- Googly eyes
- Marker
- Glue
- Scissors
STEP(S):
- CUT an 8-petal flower from the pink construction paper.
- CUT a small hole in the middle of the flower.
- FILL the balloon with air and close.
- PASS neck of the balloon through the hole in the flower.
- DRAW a mouth on the balloon.
- GLUE on the googly eyes.
